Dear partners,

As you probably know, the governments of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia have declared a state of emergency and have suspended international passenger transportation as a preventive measure against the further spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak. According to the latest information, these travel restrictions will be in force till March 30 for Lithuania, April 14 for Latvia and May 1 for Estonia unless decided otherwise.

We are closely monitoring the situation in each country and will keep you informed on any important updates. Please be assured that no matter the severity of the situation, Baltic Travel Group will remain accessible as usual by phone, email and digital networks. We are doing our best to ensure flexible cancellation solutions for every reservation case affected by the circumstances out of our control to minimise financial loss for our clients.

The safety and wellbeing of our employees remain of the utmost priority for Baltic Travel Group, therefore the majority of the team is now working remotely, following the recommendations of the World Health Organization and governments of the Baltic States.

In these challenging times we wish you to take care of your health and remain optimistic that the world will overcome the virus in the nearest future. We hope for a speedy recovery of the tourism industry and look forward to resuming our normal collaboration very soon.

Yours sincerely,
Vlad Koriagin, CEO & Baltic Travel Group team
